The diy skatepark I built with some awesome crew (Tom Rees, Tom Flaherty, Ben Hermans and Craig Cole) after it hosted amazing workoshops for kids, very soon is going to be open to the public.
Not long time ago a good friend of mine got testicular cancer.
Next Saturday there will be a fundraising event to raise money and awareness for testicular cancer.
If you are around Melbourne come along to support the event.
Another amazing editing from James James!
The clip is entirely filmed at Shane O’Neill backyard park.

Converse is going to create a DIY skatepark in Melbourne downtown. They are also organising workshops for skaters who want to learn how to build concrete or wood obstacles and workshops for who is more interested in photography or videography. I’m very happy for having the opportunity to be part of this amazing project.
Here more details about it:
SKATE OBSTACLE WORKSHOP (WOOD) 12PM – 5PM This workshop provides hands on experience for learning how to make transitional ramps, driveway blocks, and master the art of flat bank construction with Tom Flaherty and the Converse CONS Skate Team.
‘DO IT YOURSELF’ SKATE SPOTS (CONCRETE) 12PM – 5PM This workshop will allow participants to gain experience in mixing concrete, building a besser brick ledge and transforming any space into a personal skate spot. Featuring Marcello Guardigli, Andrew Brophy and the Converse CONS Skate Team.
HOW TO SHOOT SKATEBOARDING PHOTOS 12PM – 5PM with Andrew Peters, Bryce Golder and the Converse CONS Skate Team, take skate photos to the next level. Participants will join leading skate photographers to learn what it takes to create that great shot, then put those new skills to use shooting Converse CONS Ambassadors as they skate the CONS Project’s newly created concrete and wood obstacles.
